USER GUIDE
Cash Withdrawal
Enter your ATM card and enter PIN number.
Select account from which you wish to withdraw (
incase you have more than one account linked on
the card).
:: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
:: Press the Enter/OK button on the
keyboard
:: Collect your ATM card
:: Collect cash
:: Collect advice slip
Fast Cash
You can withdraw specific amounts without having
to key in the figures
:: Select amount
:: Press the Enter/Ok button on the
keyboard
:: Collect ATM card, cash and advice slip
For every new transaction re-enter your ATM
card, enter your PIN and select the transaction.
Balance Enquiry
:: Select account (in case you have more
than one account linked on the card)
:: ATM will show you
Actual Balance
Is the total clear funds in the savings/current
account including any cheque amounts that may
not have been cleared as at the time of enquiry.
Available Balance
Is the amount you can utilise and it includes
any overdraft facilities that you may have on
the account as at the time of enquiry (includes
the clear funds in the saving/current account).
Others
Cheque Book / Statement Request
ATM allows you to place your request for a
cheque book and an interim statement of account.
Your request will be noted and this statement/Cheque
book will be mailed to you on a priority basis.
(Charge for the statement will be as per the
prevailing bank tariff).

Request
:: Collect advice slip
PIN Change
:: Select PIN change
:: Enter your New 4 digit PIN
:: Re-enter the same number for
confirmation
:: Collect advice and your ATM card
Funds Transfer
:: Select account from which you wish to
transfer funds (only those that You have linked
with your card)
:: Select account to which you wish to
transfer funds
:: Enter the amount you wish to transfer
Deposit
:: Select Cash Cheque or Mixed (Cash and
Cheque)
:: Select account number you wish to
transact with (in case you have more that one
account linked on the card
:: Enter total amount to be deposited
(including 2 digits after the decimal)
:: Take the envelop & advice slip and put
the cash along with the advice slip in the
envelop
:: For Cash deposit please do not place
more than 20 notes in one envelop
:: Repeat the deposit transaction for the
next lot of 20 notes
:: Please do not fold the notes and do
not deposit any coins
:: Place the prepared envelops in the
deposit slots
:: Collect the advice slip
Mini Statement
ATM allows you to get a mini-statement of your
last 9 transactions (free of charge). |
